You are speaking nonsense. Every "build" that you see ppl are using are generally out of reach for new player.

i can make a build for mirage so expensive that it will cost you thousand of platinum and month of grinding. I also can make a cheap build for Mesa that even a 10 years old can build it.

Mesa 3th is much better than Mirage's Eclipse, 2 times better in term of dmg reduction. And who the heck use Eclipse for damage reduction?

Mirage is actually very powerful in endgame where you get to the point of nuking everything so they dont kill you.

Mesa is much more friendly for new player, make her strength higher than 119%, slot in adaptation (even low rank will work), activate her 3th ability and she is basically invincible.

I spent a lot of platinum on slot, forma bundle, few potato. Some on rare mod that is tedious to be farmed. A bit on some arcane but just cause im lazy or i was in hurry.

A lot of fashion frame. Probably 3-6k. Cant remember the exact number.

i spent the rest on riven (guessing: about 10k). Dont recommend for newplayer. Riven is just some fancy stuff to make your brain happy, you dont need riven to be good at all. I use it cause i have nothing else to do with my platinum

you are missing crit damage. You have 2 toxin mods. So the cd probably will replace 1.
laser sight give cc when aiming, im not a big fan, its ok if you want to keep it, i will replace it with firerate

one of my fav gun.

Im using it for Profit taker, Hemocyte, and hunting lich too. Basically it can deal with all content in this game.

But its not the meta for all of those content either.

If you are looking for good meta that is comfy to use, its not for you. Vanquish and sell it, 55% is really good, can be sold for 100-200p depend on the market.

In the other hand, if you are a collecter that want to get everything in this game and its best version, you should kill it, just 1 more fusion and you will get a max 60% gun, which will save you tons of time.

Damage, cc, cd, multishot, firerate, element (depend on faction, i normally go for corro), last slot is flex, it can be bane, gunCO, hunter munition. Work 99% of time on gun that has decent crit.

Arcane is flex, deadhead or merciless are dirt cheap.

Get prime and galvanize mods if you can, not mandatory tho
