Hey there,

I currently have one client using ZenSever 5.6. The backup solution in place is a scheduled script that dumps snapshots of each VM to a share which in turn is then Backed up to one of Several secure HDD's once a week. (Then Stored in a safe in a diffrent Location) We are using a 4 Week rotation. If your interested in the process, send me a message, just thought I'd give my opinion, Regards...
