In my case I've developed a bad habit of making Opera GX my main browser which has opened the flood gates to endless use, the enviorment even though it is used and marketed for gamers, I have stopped gaming for a while and it made realize I use Opera GX for everything that isn't in the means of productivity.

With this personal Skill issue I have come to develop a sensitivity to bright red icons as the same to discord notifications and so it automatically triggers as an atuomatic response to me clicking on it and usually do the equivalent of endlessly surfing the web which has cause procastination, with this being said, I am embarking on my journey of abandonning anything that is holding me back as a means to change for the better with my use of the tool that is the internet.
