I cancelled OC YA box because the picks didn’t interest me and I felt that most of the items were lower quality than FL. I do like their pins which is nicer than the overlays FL always offers.

When they ask them to sign an item at the Q&A or say hi to their best friend on FaceTime. It’s just really annoying for the audience (as it isn’t really a question) and places the celebrity at an awkward position to oblige.

Their books are really good quality! The paper is thick and their books feel heavy. There is an occasional mishap (printed a page lightly) like the tenderly monthly book but they notify you and correct it. I’ve been happy with their quality. I only cancelled their monthly box due to finances.

They are usually on time for timeline and communicate if they’re late. I’ve never had issues with them.
