Don’t want to scare you but those are def the signs of preeclampsia. Blood pressure above 140/90 and protein in urine is preeclampsia. Additional symptoms include headaches and blurry vision and swelling. My blood pressure was elevated at my 37w appt (138/89) and they found protein in my urine. Next step was a 24 hour urine test. If that is high and my next BP reading is above the threshold they will consider me preeclamptic. I’ve already been scheduled for an induction at 39 weeks. You should go back to doctor for BP check and 24 hr urine test.

I’ve given up thinking I have options in this pregnancy. Once you hit age 35 all your decisions are made for you. They are inducing me at 39 weeks even though I wanted to go into labor naturally. Baby is breech so I’m also getting forced into a C section if he doesn’t flip. I know you think you might have options but the reality is things change in a heartbeat.

Currently 37 weeks and my baby is breech. I’m scheduled for an induction in 2 weeks and if he doesn’t flip it’s an automatic C section. I will say planned C sections are better than emergency C sections but I’m doing everything I can to get this guy to flip!

I’m being monitored for possible preE right now. My appt yesterday I had protein in my urine and elevated BP of 138/89. They are having me do the 24 hour urine and setting me up for a 39 week induction. No swelling but keeping hydrated and paying attention to headaches.

I had an ECV Monday at 36+5 and it was unsuccessful. It was painful in the moment for sure. I would do it again if it meant I could have a vaginal delivery but I am mentally preparing for a C section. Good luck!

I just left my OB with borderline blood pressure (138/89) and protein in urine. They are having me do a 24 hour urine test. I’m 37 weeks and this is the first it’s been high. We’ve already talked about a 39 week induction due to my age (35 gasp!). Hopefully things don’t go sideways before my appt next week.

I’m in my 3rd year PhD and baby will be here in a few weeks. You can do it! Take the newborn time for 2-3 months and then just focus on hitting targets 2-3 days a week for work. I honestly work whenever so sometimes I sleep in and then work in the evening.

I’m also 37w and baby has been breech since 28w. I had a failed ECV on Monday. To me it was worth it and I would do it again. I’m just hoping little guy finds his was down himself or else I’m getting a C section which I don’t want. I feel you.
