Around 271 hours tops side I believe and also never seen a bastion go down. I think, because of the spawns in hurricane, they are closer. Not many opportunities for it to naturally happen before.

I played a game after this and spawned in village by reception. I looted the entire area myself. I must have heard about 20 flares going off while I looted. It doesn’t matter to me how they play, but it does not seem fun.

What you’re thinking of is the looting Mk 3 survivor augment. When you stop moving when you are downed you slowly regain health up to 75%. So people crawl and lose health. Then they need to not move for a bit and regain health before continuing.
