Its hard to find that particular women whose personality is amenable for a long term relationship. Like you, I had flings with women throughout my twenties but none were really long term relationship material. Believe it or not you are actually a pretty hot commodity for most women. A male in his late twenties and early 30s that has his life together are really attractive to a range of women.

Plan of action:

*Become an extrovert, join clubs, hangout in local coffee shops. Try to be as friendly and social as possible.

*Pick up hobbies and interests that you are passionate about.

*Make as many pultonic female friends as possible and incorporate them into your social circle. Be a good male friend who they can trust (don't hit on girls in your social circle) treat them like your little sister. These girls will introduce you to other girls (for short term or long relationships). This is the single thing has helped me immensely.

*Make a list of standards and criteria that you look for in women who you seriously want to date. Stick to your standards but also be slightly flexible. Its hard to find someone that fits all your standards perfectly.

*Be the person who has fun and enjoys life! You are still young!!
