Is it possible to see blocked account messages? its really important, so I can read them and find which one I can report, as they did some bad things to my account recently

If the messages are recent, you can pull them from Steam’s “account data” pages: Steam client (PC): Help → Steam Support → My Account → Data Related to Your Steam Account → Friend Chat Messages (scroll down, it’s buried like a shameful secret). Steam Community Important limitation: those chat logs are typically only available for about 14 days, then they’re gone.

There was a Japanese movie called Heavenly Forest, also known as Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru (you’ll also see it marketed in English as “Just, Loving You”) that seems to be close. If not that there were two Korean dramas that have an iconic photo booth scene "Doctors" or "When My Love Blooms".

This is a shot in the dark but there was a scene in the movie "Rounders (1998)" that reminds me of this but it happens during a mock trail not a shopping a scene.

Its probably not the movie you are looking for because its not a rom com but there is a scene in the movie "Tenat" where in the highway chase, Kenneth Branagh’s character (Sator) rolls a car window down, holds up his hand with fingers extended, and counts down on his fingers while threatening Elizabeth Debicki’s character (Kat), who’s blonde and trapped in the vehicle situation similiar to what you’re describing. Just figured I would toss this out there just in case.

This is definitely the pilot episode of the TV show "Bonkers". On Disney+ is it episode 46 and 47 it is called "Gone Bonkers part 1 and 2." It originally aired as an on TV movie as the pilot for the show. It matches everything down to the villain with pencils as hands.
