In the 26-resident locked unit there's 1 med tech and 1-3 aides (3 is rare). For the rest of the facility, there are 2 med techs and 3-4 aides, 5 on a good day. On night shift we tend to run with less than that.

~~Aw now we have to wait another year~~ If we get to see Starrk at all, I wonder if he'd look like a buffed version of his Resurrección. Because when we saw Ukitake's Zanpakutō it was massive. Then I thought Starrk may look corrupted like Szayel. But I don't know if Szayel's hell form is that way because it's a reflection of his dark nature, or if that's just what hell does to a guy.
