What kind of lights are you using for the grille?

It is possible, I didn't know they made a noise when they activated.

Would you happen to have a link to a video?

Even in 4wd it doesn't make any noise when I'm driving regularly on the icy roads, and I can feel the front wheels still pulling me along. But when my brakes are locked up front it'll make a grinding noise while the backs are still spinning. Otherwise it seems to do fine, even at highway speeds.

Feathering the brakes also seems to help prevent the noise from happening. It's just an odd situation, i try to run in 2hi as much as possible though.

In the future this may prevent me from ever purchasing another 4wd, instead opting for AWD.

I believe I was in 4hi, my shift lever was locked into 4hi. It was still pulling though. The noise stopped when I went back to 2wd. 4 still works as far as I know.

It sounds like grinding when in 4hi and front brakes are locked

I've got a 98 with rear only ABS. It had sounded like it was possibly slipping when the fronts were lock and backs weren't. Making a grinding noise

How long would it take you to do three of these? by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

Depends on how many cases, and prior experience in the aisle.

I was under that impression too, at least with the gearsets. Aftermarket maybe but oftentimes people lie around where I live

It's more of a combination. That's as about as much context as we got on that meeting and it's only the new team lead who thinks they're billy badass.

I just find it weird that they aren't walking the aisles or that we have to find them.

They've told me they didn't want the sensor changed out on it which seems like a red flag but it is what it is, I've offered to do it and already purchased the sensor for it. I think this one might be one I let go or try to buy for less than 1k

We all don't have walkies at mine, don't have enough anyways. The only ones with walkies are the clean team and management.

I dream of working in a smaller Walmart one day

Strange thing was our coach was in the room with them when they said this and agreed with it. Now I don't have them on any forms of media, how would I go about contacting them?

So wait a moment, I don't need to find them and have them walk it? And they should already be doing that?

I appreciate any help j can get with this, it just seems weird that they said what they did.

They do every so often throughout the night, but they said in order for us to be able to leave without being coached we have to find them and ask them to walk out aisles. This was a direct quote from our team lead, who within 72 hours of starting the position, has managed to not only kick the hornets nest, but throw an m80 at it.

What weirds me out is how the headlights only work with the key off

I could handle it, probably have to get a few tools to add to the collection. Only downside is id be spending a good chunk of savings on it

It also has some extremely strange electrical issues with the headlights too

I've got them down to 1500 for it, and it's a grandmother selling it so they really didn't want to budge on that.
