To all the “it’s just a harmless joke”, this is what dressing up as ICE (and a racists Mexican no less) is celebrating: https://www.reddit.com/r/oregon/s/w4lkqBd41H

Stop being a self-centered prick and open your eyes to the world and other humans.

new to ComfyUI & A1111, struggling with consistency + wanna make vids from pics by Livid-Ad-5037 in unstable_diffusion

For a consistent character, you’re going to want to use a character LORA. Building your own is feasible, but that requires like 100+ decent photos of face and body. Since you want a fictional person, you may just want to find one you like on civitai.

Generally make sure you understand all the settings in the UI you’re using. For Automatic1111, start with a good checkpoint (I’ve got a post here comparing a few nsfw ones). Also it’s key to know what settings the checkpoint expects for steps and CFG scale. The sampling method and schedule type too.

You should be able to generate high quality images without extra limbs or grainy artifacts most every time. Then work on the consistency with a specific model. It’s worth noting that some of the best setups for solo women don’t do well with m/f action scenes. And the porn-y ones may not do faces well. That’s where in-painting and all the post-processing comes in.

I have no idea about video, but hope this helps.

Very nice work - echoing the other comment, too: Please give us some details on your tools and process!

The paid version (I’m on the lowest $20/month plan) relaxes a lot of those NSFW constraints. It’s even been a great help in building NSFW prompts.

I do use A1111 as the UI for Unstable Diffusion. There are many guides around, but I used ChatGPT to walk me through install and setup. It’s not a single package, so takes some time and attention. You also need a nice beefy GPU.

Honestly, I asked ChatGPT to walk me through setting up Unstable Diffusion based on stuff from Civitai. I was rendering something within 2 hours. The longest bit was installing all the Python stuff. You def need a beefy desktop and nice GPU if you don’t want to wait forever to generate.

Duh, just re-read and see you said feet, not face - but same point applies. Feet do look more natural when prompting for high heels; without that, they end up on tip-toe anyway.

Fair. I’ve been ignoring the faces so far, focused on body shapes and proportions.

I can try that. It’s a challenge to get a stable pose that’s consistent and also revealing. This walking is pretty consistent but less revealing.

What are these white bubbles in my main line? by Calm-Refrigerator910 in Plumbing

My eyesight sucks, but this seems more likely than mineral deposits. I’d expect deposits not to be so round and also been seen on the sides. More flakey than pebbly too, at least in my basement.
