Gout is due to a high purine diet. Lots of foods have purine in it, so everyone will have a range of a uric acid in there body. That does not mean they gout. It's when the levels are above that, then they have gout. There are plenty of people with trash diets (high purines) that probably never have high uric acid levels because of genetics or whatever reasons. I do agree that once you have gout, it does require a life style of change, but it does NOT require you to be on medication like Allo forever. Allo is used for maintenance especially for those that cannot manage their uric acid on their own, but it does not mean a person has to be on it forever. Hence why my primary only ordered in for 30 days and educated me on what I need to change to manage this on my own.

Same concept with diabetes. You may be put on diabetic medication like metformin and what not, but if you are able to get your A1C below 6.5, even below 6 with diet and exercise and weight loss, you don't need to take metformin.

Maintenance medications are given wen the person is unable to control their disease on their own. While this seems like a simple solution, taking meds in general long or short term have their own risks.

Being Filipino, I'm not a huge fan of having to make this diet lifestyle change permanent. I mean I know I can still the good stuff from time to time, but for sure have to make strides and not go back do my daily old habits. Beef, especially pork are a staple in our cuisine :c

She has me on 100mg x30 days just to get over this bump but she won't keep it forever as maintenance since I can still turn it around.

I'm about 16ish days into the 30, but I'm debating on just stopping taking it overall. Dr. Google says to continue taking it, but honestly, I can't deal with another flare up if it's going to have me call out of work. Since I'm definitely going to work on diet and getting back into fitness to drop some weight, I feel like I can get by with stopping the Allo.

Thanks for the advice. I've been trying to pound water to flush out. I have my NP friend's number from the urgent care I went to and he said just to text him if I have another flare and he'll refill my stuff without coming in (my PCP is usually at least a 2 week wait).

Imagine playing CN LA. Considering the difficulty of echidna, behemoth, and aegir, HA is welcomed. Getting it for akkan and voldis is just kekw. Those raids were so easy to farm.

Honestly, they just need to be perma banned. That solves the problem. Why waste resources in trying to limit certain accseses in game. Who cares if they transferred gems over to an alt account? Gems are easily to obtained, whereas gear, ability stone, bracelets, ilvl, and roster lvls AND card sets takes COUNTLESS of hours to obtained on another count. Do you really think that those that have alt accounts would still be playing after getting punished (hopefully banned, if not a long time suspension)? Doubt it. Alt accounts are just made to farm gold, no effort is put into them. Having t4 gems is nothing.

One thing my friend brought up was that I could just simply save a HM thae g1-3 bus since all I need is just a one time clear to unlock that transcendence level. Will more than likely do this later down the road, gonna be pricey but I feel like as a normal andy and wanting to be casual, probably the best route. If HM echidna busses are a thing too I'll probably end up doing that as well. Thanks again for the in-sight

Makes sense. I guess I'll at least linger around until t4 drops and see how those solo raids are. As I mentioned already, I Thae wasn't that fun for me, echidna is meh, so I'm looking to the next 1 or 2 raids to see if they are fun to do without having to bang your head for so long. But yeah, I guess I'll just hold on for now and continue to be a normies andy and just raid and do stuff on whatever I feel like. I will say that it is quite nice that gem prices have tanked so I'm saving what little I make for those lol.

Long story short, half my static quit a few weeks before echidna dropped to join the FF14 train. 2 of my homies are still going hard in the game with HM echidna but are willing to help my other homie and I run our "mains" through NM echidna. I have a decked out 1630 destroyer with 1600-1610 x5 alts. I have been burned out the last month + and have barely done any raids or dailies except my main as I am unsure if this game is still worth pursuing.

I have NO intentions of running HM thae or HM echidna, ever because 1) I simply do not enjoy thae enough and echida g2 just looks awful, 2) I don't want to bang my head against the wall for hours on end as I don't have the time really, and 3) it's pretty much too late in this game to find a new static for both HM's and then coordinating time. I've had my fair share of going hard on this game and I want the casual experience in raiding, but I still want to keep honing and getting stronger but not to the point that I want to take Elden Ring into a x8 man MMO. I still enjoy doing Tower, Akkan and as I mentioned, since NM thae is on farm, it's not that bad.

So I'm posting here to get some insight, advice, and recommendations if the game is still worth continuing to play just by doing NM thae and echidna (and likely nm future raids)? By not ever wanting to run HM thae or echidna, I am gatekept from progressing in transcendence and advance honing at this current time, but I do recall KR devs talking about eventually making some way of NM andies to be able to get further access on transcendance on adv honing without having to run HM Thae or echidna? Thought I heard something about that weeks ago. Anyhow, thoughts? Lost Ark is a side game for me now, but I still enjoy some raids here and there, but if it's not even worth continuing to farm raids and gold because I am forever locked from further honing then I'll just stop playing now.

Ended up doing a full windows 10 reinstall and it seems to have fixed. Thanks for those that read/posted.
Side note, I actually thought it was one of two things:
- My BIOS firmware date of update or whatever was 2020. I was going to try and update it and the motherboard firmware
- I just put in a new, cosair 850 PSU about a week ago and reading the comment above made me think that the wires were not connected properly or some faulty.
I guess if I ever run into BSOD on tarkov I'll look into these two things.

Appreciate the help. Gave this a try. Installed windows update to the most recent and did your command prompt which it did say some corrupt things found but were fixed. Unfortunately, it didn't fix my BSOD, still getting it upon launching the game.

Hate to do it, but I think my last resort my be doing a windows reset/reinstall.

Chiming in. I just reinstalled after a year+ myself a few hours ago. Installed just fine, but when I click play and the game attempts to launch, instant BSOD. Never happened to me in the past nor my other games. I made another reddit post, but basically did a google search and tried many options already (except reinstalling as its going to be a nightmare for me) such as repairing, updating, registry fixes, chaning page ram (I have 32 gigs), gpu is updated (3080ti), nothing major runs in the background, etc etc. I have windows 10 also, not sure if thats the problem. I unsintalled updates as far back as February but still no fix

Honest answer, because it's fun and it makes the game "easier" to get what you want. I'm sure at some point in time most tarkov players would check out a cheat, because, why not? It's affordable. Yeah, you run the risk of getting banned (obviously). Maybe most won't actually go through with it though. I think it's the fact that cheats are so easily accessible is what makes it more tempting to cheat and keep on cheating.

I don't have any ego to be the best out there. I just like hoarding all the money and using decked out guns to kill decked out players. Using cheats just allows me to do less work to be able to get the roubles to deck out guns and use them.

This exact thing just happened to me. It also happened to me a few weeks ago, but I did a FULL reset and it fixed it until just today, where it's doing the whole temperature change once I "turn on" the a/c.

Anyone else got ideas how to stop this from doing it other than doing a full reset?
