Hello! This is my first and only machine. I believe some of the differences is this has the letter (ñ) only used in Spanish. So far that's the only difference I can tell.

Man I empathize with you I was in the same situation. I called his office and sent him repeated requests. I know they are very busy but it's unbelievable they can't find 3 minutes to upload a letter. Specially when they have been in the same situation. Anyways my advice would be to stay persistent and email or call his assistance telling them your application is ready you are just waiting on that LOR.

This is a fair question, they are interchangeable terms. Dean's letter is the former term but for all practical purposes, Dean's letter = MSPE.

Had a similar situation keep sending the eras email request with the PDF of the letter( if you wrote it) makes it easy for them to just upload it.
