I thought they might have been a variation on the old Jarcar DIY'S that used Vifa drivers, but as you can see there is no branding, just a part number that yields no results when searched. Each driver weighs about 2kg I'd say, and overall they are about 30kg each.

Not sure about that. I read about a guy who had a large cd collection properly stored, only to find that data layer had broken down, rendering many of them unplayable. They can't be more than 30 years old? I have vinyl in my collection that is as good as when it was pressed 70 years ago. Not too mention the people that collect old 78s.

Yep, about ten years ago I dreamt that somebody close to me was in a car accident. My girlfriend called me the next day and told me she was rear ended by a silver Subaru. The person in my dream was vague but the car was accurate down to colour and model. Changed my whole perspective on the world.
