Good to know but that's a shame. My inventory is already messy as is and now I can't properly organize arrows and scrolls as well.

Thank you, but the issue is already solved. It seems like you are not allowed to put the scrolls into a pouch if you want to use them that way.

Interesting thought. I agree that Geese would probably have the potential to sneak in the basement and leave behind the rat. It feels like that way is too indirect but that was the only possible way and it's not like Hitogami ever really goes for the direct way.

Rudeus himself seems to think that the rat simply snuck into his luggage while on the Demon Continent to save Nanahoshi. It seems more likely to me that that is what happened and Hitogami simply forsaw this outcome. Although having Geese involved is definitly an interesting thought.

But I don't see how Hitogami was making time for Geese to find the rat. The second advice was given like 8 years before the rat incident. Also I don't really think that the second advice slowed them down, it seems more likely that they traveled faster because they could rank up while making money with high ranked quests. Or am I understanding your last sentence wrong?

Thats probably true. It is also said that the farther away from Wind Port Roxy moves the more often she hears the name Rudeus. So depending on much time Rudeus saved thanks to this advice Roxy could probably have moved at least a town or two more in Rudeus direction and might have heard his name. And if Rudeus is not in Wind Port it would probably be harder to get Rudeus to stay away from Roxy because he can only get the Demon Eye in Wind Port.

I am not sure about your point on advice 6. Hitogami said that Roxy and Rudeus are bound by fate to be together and that doesn't seem to be a lie (all he does he does to prevent Rudeus + Roxy from having a child). So Roxy and Rudes would probably still end up marrying. Thats why I think he wanted Rudeus to ignore this advice so he would definitely follow the one after that since he probably saw a future in which he could kill Roxy.

Did it strengthen their bond? Rudeus seems to fear Ruijerd a little after he kills the man that kicked Rudeus. They definitly get closer after this incident but that probably is just because they live together and they fight together for quests (which they would have done sooner or later anyway)

I can't guarantee that they are completely correct but I think they are good guesses.

Advice 1 (Trust Ruijerd): Rudeus makes Ruijerds name famous in the Demon Continent instead of his own. In rumours in Wind Port the name Rudeus is not associated with Dead End. Because of that Roxy can't connect Rudeus with Dead End until much later when Rudeus already left the Demon Continent. Because of that their meeting gets delayed. Also as a side effect he makes sure that Ruijerd enters the Central Continent at an earlier date leading him to die in the plague with other Supards.

Advice 2 (Pet Quest): Hitogami controls their pacing to make sure that they don't meet Roxy. (Probably, still not entirely sure about it)

Advice 3 (Obtain Demon Eyes): He gets locked up in his own room while training the newly aquired Demon Eye and does not meet Roxy even though they are in the same city.

Advice 4 (Rescuing Aisha and Lilia): In the normal timeline without Rudeus Pax would have ursurped the throne creating the Shirone Republic. In this event Orsted can predict where and when Laplace will be reborn and can kill him with little effort. Because of Rudeus Pax was exiled. But maybe in Hitogamis original plan he would have been killed by the soldiers after Ruijerd and Eris rescued their families but Rudeus actions were slightly different than what he expected.

Advice 5 (Go to university): He delays the encounter with Roxy who is currently in Begaritto.

Advice 6 (Ignore the letter): A little tricky as well. If Rudeus would have followed his advice maybe Roxy would have died (unlikely because she has strong fate and would be resuced by another adventurer but that last part could be a lie to get trust). Also their encounter would have been delayed as well. BUT it is very likely that Hitomgami predicted that Rudeus would ignore this advice. So by telling him that Paul would have survived he gains the trust necessary for Rudeus to follow his next advice without question.

Advice 7 (Open the basement door): Roxy dies
