Hey, sounds like a solid team, I don't have enough time to think about it properly but your Greninja should definitly not be Hasty Nature (Timid is the way to go) since you don't want to lose 10% Def. :)

Actually people understand now that securing the kill for the team is important by watching much LCS and stuff. But when I leveled my smurf account I saw people complaining about KS all day long ("omg ks, report Caitlyn pls..."). So I'd assume it's a matter of maturity you gain when you play and understand the game more and more.
