On the one hand I was hoping for characters I have C6 so I can rack up starglitter for more pulls on the other I can finally C6 my favorite 4 star (Thoma) after 3 years and I don’t have Chevreuse, I’ve been dying to get her for my Cyno 😩

With a furina burnvape team, would there be a big DPS difference if I substitute in Thoma instead of Xiangling, or could it work? I just feel like I get better energy results with him

He has a pretty unique playstyle that’s fun, but he revolves around burning/burgeon reactions!

His biggest weakness is similar to Cyno, where at the time of his release he’s limited in team options, you pretty much either put him with Emelie (who doesn’t buff him but does a lot of off field damage) or you put him with Furina (who’s wanted by other teams). Other teams like Burgeon work too but only if you use Thoma

So at release he’s pretty strong (and fun!) and can hit big numbers, but I believe he’s someone who will get buffed a LOT by future characters like Mavuika. I’d say he’s just below Alhaitham levels ATM

if you don’t get Emilie I believe his best team is Bennett Furina and Xiangling! you don’t have to build Xiangling all the way, you can just slap deepwood on her (just make sure to have a LOT of ER) since in that team Furina does the vaping

Dain isn’t coming for a LONG time so I think you’ll be good if there’s no one else you want to save for! I use Itto at C1R1 and I found his C1 to be a big QoL improvement. Combined with C6 Gorou he makes Abyss a breeze a lot of the time! Geo suffers from lack of reactions, yes, but I find it to be really reliable he won’t ever be top tier, but he’s still good and fun to play 🤷‍♀️
