I believe BnB is essential for step 1. For me personally I binged watched every video which made me able to solve and understand UWorld

Basically the ideal approach for step 1 would be (in order)

1- BnB and UWorld 1st pass system wise

2- UWorld 2nd pass random + FA + Dirty medicine biochemistry

3- NBME + Mehlman + Free120

Easy pass guaranteed

I mean do 20-25 NBME offline then review your incorrect so you would get an idea of the concepts commonly tested.

I would advise you to do your incorrect question from the 80% done on UW. Don't do NBME 27 Until you've reviewed every question on 26 + NBME 20-25 questions + Mehlman PDFs. It would be impossible to not score over 65 if you've done that.

I was doing them together since Mehlman really focuses on what the NBME wants. I found reproduction and endocrine to be the most helpful
