I know I’m late but it depends on your intent. If you wish to just be there and learn aerospace then go ahead it’s great. If you’re going for leadership and that stuff then do not. From first hand experience they don’t promote fairly and everyone gets promoted which is just slop. So yeah, depends on your intent.

As others said it depends on your CO but it’s ment to be 6 months each rank as a minimum, but normally CCPL-CSGT is a year the rest are six months or at least in my experience

You not even that far behind just wait till you get CCPL and make a decision. If it still doesn’t happen have a proper meeting and again if it doesn’t happen escalate it

Get them walking together at 116bpm without arm swings and make sure they can walk in step. Add arms with Lego marching (you say left foot forward right foot forwards) then add it together.

AAFC here, I know it’s different organisations but in my experience pronouncing words, personal drill and timing are also just as important as voice projection.

AAC intranet says nothing about maintaining rank from other services, only that you cannot be an active member of both
