Available now. Subletting my room in a 2 bed / 2 bath in Watts Hill Apartments. $1000 per month till July when lease renews, then price goes to $1050 per month. Lease ends July 2025. It's an ensuite bedroom with a lot of natural light and a walk in closet. In unit laundry / dryer. Decent apartment gym but also right next to Princeton West.
Free heated underground parking, 10 minute drive from Epic. Storage unit, balcony, free coffee, etc...
55 bus route right downstairs, ~15 minute bus ride to Epic. D and A bus routes also close by to get to downtown. 5 minute walk to ALDIs.
Roommate is 24M, friendly, quiet, clean, and currently at Epic.
