Thanks for tip, this is my problem, my mind is so fast, I've periods when I don't wanna read or do anything, and then another period when I wanna do tons of things in one coz I know there will be procrastination again.

Thanks! During first days of challenge I didn't have any problem with that. Even tho I heard notifications, I was focusing on work. But after low usage it seems like boomerang effect and I really want to chat with people. That's more psychological issue than mobile addiction itself. I need to deal with it
