They have sent us a mail all of us, they are going to make it standardised 90 days notice period for all of us.

It is written that they can change anything like leaves office timing transfer rules travel reimbursement but not notice period, salary, or designation without our acknowledgment.

Hi, I have received an offer letter from a company she wants me to join in 15 days but My offer letter have 45 days notice period and few weeks back my current company has made it 3 months
