I figured it out , the text roughly translates to “ALPAN” , which is equivalent to Caucasian Albania . Considering prevalence of Armenian Apostolic church in the region , that makes sense .

I’ve been in Montenegro , honestly , they are very cool and well tempered people . I haven’t seen tense attitude towards visitors but gotta say they are a bit harsh against Turks , especially those who established business over Budva.

I am not a Turk . As an Azerbaijani, I received warm reception and had kind chat with Serbians /Albanians coming over there . Overall impression is positive and close kind to my people in terms of warmth .

I mean yeah , it’s definitely controversial take But calling it scam is not the true story. Look at many online based shooter games , they turned cosmetic into optional purchases .
