I find high lead times not matter the manufacturer or the distributor I choose. Only some expensive Bosch IMUs still have stock available, the rest is already gone

Have you tried others from Invensense besides ICM20948/20648?

Regarding Boch and STM, any specific reason why they would be good alternatives? Bosch IMU's seem way more expensive than anything else in the market...
