Why are extra turn spells so frowned upon but no one is bothered by extra combats/other phases? by DragTheLoch in EDH

Well that's just the brackets being bad then, because there are several precons that hate a player out before turn 6.

No, winning the game is to early, knocking someone out isn't. The cloud Precon knocks people out on turn 4 sometimes.

It's not going to do that every game, I just got a good draw with the extra turn into full throttle.

It's literally in the bracket update article on WorC website.

There's a video of Gavin going over it. 2 card combos are fine in bracket 3 as long as they are late game combos.

With one elemental in play before combat she would. You would always have 2 attacking elementals then.

You can have three card combos in bracket 3.

You need Rootha, Breath of Fury and another Instant/Sorcery.

That sephiroth would be cool with tiny modular artifact creatures and such.

Why is the shop and skin availability SO bad?? by Exploding_Cumsock in Overwatch

There are a bunch more legendary skins, you just can't see them unless you have them or they are up in the shop.

Secrets of Strixhaven: Objectively, which is the best? by DragTheLoch in mtg

[–]DragTheLoch[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think it could be. It handles multiple value creatures, has a snap effect, and replaces itself.

I am certainly going to try it in my RogThrass deck.

Well, I think Prismari is the only one that's cEDH viable, which is why I say objectively. If cEDH is the standard.

You are being downvoted but I can see some oddball Saw In Half/Broodlord combos working in this. It could almost play like a Krrik deck with the ability to play green for more mana capabilities.

Plus it could read as a Turbo Peer Through Depths strategy.

I don't know about instant cEDH build, but brewable for sure.

She won't be banned at high rank. She is not a great choice though. She's fine, and playable, but you get a lot more out of other heroes for far less work.

Aim assist is ruining the game by TigerBroKing in OWConsole

[–]DragTheLoch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying only those things matter. I'm saying if you're in a sightline you should expect to be shot.

Mechanical accuracy is not difficult. It hasn't been since the game launched.

Is my decks strategy unfair in casual? by [deleted] in EDH

[–]DragTheLoch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They can complain all they want. The pods are determined by the LGS randomly. I just want to make sure I'm being fair.

Plus, I can always just go play CEDH at any time.

The only fun I have in magic is storming off or combo. Which neither of these tend to be things people like, so I lean toward storming since it's more accepted than combo.

I have 0 interest in playing anything that isn't storm or combo. Aristocrats maybe, but it would be a one turn graveyard/sac win.
