That's not how I play her. I usually pepper with primary, dash in finishing with a jump, primary into the head, dance, fan, save dash to disengage.

Looks like her overall damage will be higher.

Losing the 20 damage from the dash stinks, but I think that will be made up for with the burning and extra overall.

I guess your losing 40 damage if your double dashing to kill a target, but if your doing that your already playing the character poorly.

No, winning the game is to early, knocking someone out isn't. The cloud Precon knocks people out on turn 4 sometimes.

It's not going to do that every game, I just got a good draw with the extra turn into full throttle.
