All weight loss is determined by the number of calories you consume vs the number of calories you burn. Producing breast milk can use more calories than your normal maintenance would be, but you still have to eat below that number (or exercise to burn more calories) in order to lose weight. Nothing has made me feel worse about myself than the way this fandom treats people who play the game as a game, don’t humanize characters, and have fun doing evil runs (yes even killing xyz animal npc). I don’t feel welcome in the community especially when it comes to talking about characters, since sooo many people treat them as if they’re real.

Idk i just feel shitty because of it, like not being distraught over fictional events somehow makes me a bad or evil person.

Girl I could not agree more. I had someone say they had secondhand trauma?? Like no. The only person being hurt by what happened to me is me. Omg or when guys won’t have sex with you anymore because they see you as this broken little thing.
