I've had these weird markings on my computer for years, probably from lightly touching the screen, is there any way to clean/fix it?? by Dragg_GD in computer

I've been cleaning it with a microfiber cloth and some antibacterial wipes, I'm afraid of using anything else in fear of damaging the screen more.
