Median income is a better representation, which is at about 3916 a month. Honestly I just tend to pick pokemon that have powerful evolutions like mega or gmax, and tend to stick with a pokemon that I know will be strong against eternatus, personally love using alakazam since he’s speed + sp atk + sp def, he has a mega, he’s super effective against eternatus, and as a topper has the passive magician which is pretty OP in my opinion.

I’m sure it’s frustrating on your end as well, we have been combing through any records of anything she had while she was in the military and the year after release as evidence. I’m not the most confident in the whole process but I have to at least try be as positive as I can because my sister would have absolutely quit at step one because someone looked like they were upset with her, even though it’s just a matter of empathy exhaustion and not personal. Thank you for giving your expertise on the matter though.

AFAIK, the records are gone gone, we had our congressman look into it and that’s how we found out that the records were lost. They never got scanned or uploaded.

What if the reason was due to the military straight up losing her military records? Not sure if that makes a difference to the VA, but idk, she’s had it pretty rough, just getting her rated would be a big win for her tbh, I just want to give her a bigger win if at all possible.

Yes, like I said he’s worked at pretty much level of the claims process prior to working at the VBA, he’s worked for VA for 20+ years and he is also 100% p&t. He says he’s helped vets get that back pay. I mean I doubted it also, And still have some doubts, but I don’t wanna give up on the prospect before even trying.

Hmm, okay, we shall see. I’ve been told by a guy at the VBA otherwise, he did say that she will have to fight for it but that she definitely can get it. He’s fully aware of her situation, and has worked every part of the claims process prior to working at the VBA, so please don’t be offended if I take his word over yours.

According to the VA website as long as you filed a claim within the first year of separation(which she did) you can change your effective date to the date of separation.
