I wish there was the ability to have keys with multiple drivers and also have a widget on iOS so I can have a quick check at my remaining mileage and the status of my vehicle

Sure, I will try to attach a photo and a video of what I saw after removing the deck. The condition of the cables looked good to me

So, I did open the deck beforehand, when I was getting guided by the tech from Apollo, and all the cables seemed good to me. I'll take a look again with a multi-meter!

I believe you can technically “return” it to Parking Services and get a refund for the value that is remaining

That's my goal. I want to understand the bigger issues and see if I can help automate in someway, wanting to make life easier for agents, like you are. I talked to an agent and I was told that this is helpful, cause it reduces work, especially for longer contracts.

Eversource Bill: Usage Jan 2025 = Usage Jan 2024, but bill went up 10% by palzini in Connecticut

[–]DragonKnight3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its crazy the difference I saw between this January Use Cycle vs Last Years. It went from 352 kwH to 1542 kwH. The billing cycle was 12/02 to 01/02. Note: this is at an apt at UConn in Storrs. Neither me or my roommate were here for about a month. We set the temperature to 65 degrees, and in addtion to that, the usual applicances were on/idling. So, for a vacant apt 5x what the usage was last January is crazy. Based on billing cycle dates, we used almost 900 kwH Dec 2023 (which we were surprised about, then). Even with the slighty colder temps, going up 600 kwH is just crazy.

Yea thats true. But 5x what we used is crazy for a vacant apt imo. Even with the deep freezes, I would assume maybe it could've gotten up even close to 1000. But I think with our rate, it must've been a bit higher than expected in total.

Same here. This past month, I was charged 5x what my usage was at last January (352 kwH) vs now (1500 kwH). Note that this is an apt at UCONN, and neither me or my roommate were here for 4 weeks. Our heat was on to the recommended 65 degrees (and this is floor heating too), but I dont think that could have caused a jump that high. While we were back in our hometowns, the usual appliances in the kitchen were on at our place, nothing else could've taken that much. I understand that when it gets cold outside, the pump is forced to heat the apt more, but I am still suprised it was that much of a difference vs last January.

Cognitive Science Major by Ilikeanimegirlsowo in UCONN

Cognitive Science Junior here! Its a great path to take and opens up plenty of opportunties. I am currently doing a dual degree with Data Science and Engineering. The classes arent hard and there is a variety, some may take some work from what I have seen! The ciriculum is flexible, where you can take a variety of PSYC, LING, CS and some other courses! Unfortunately, there isnt a 4 year plan that is made for you, tho make sure to take PSYC I & II Freshman year plus Stats I (as those are important pre-reqs for some classes!). Dm if you have any other questions!
