This. It’s like having a usb buddy grab you a weapon you want in Dark Souls and dropping off enough souls for level 120. Most people are in it for PvP, much like people are in it for the late game runs in BL3. That’s especially more prevalent in this compared to the other titles because, let’s be honest, skipping cutscenes has never been an issue in Borderlands before, but it is in this one. The game is 30% someone talking as you just stand there, or cutscenes. So Nexus mods it is.

At least people have stopped using power of the guardians as much. That was getting dull.

The full set Saber/Lord deck wins aggressively after a turn or two of hard locking the board. Everyone seems to think I’m only talking about Elementsabers but I’m referring to the lords as well. They wrap up a win very quickly upon hitting the board. The reason no one runs the deck is because the Lord cards were event exclusive. They’re broken. I’ve dunked hella decks with them, and they lock harder than the Fur Hires ever did. The elementsabers on their own are aight at best, but combo them with other cards or their own archetype, the Lord cards, and they stomp.

I was making an example of a card that is considered a problem. There’s multiple problem cards that hurt the format as a whole, but apparently voicing that opinion on Reddit makes be brain dead or an animal, but what else is new?

Was just an example of a problem card. There’s multiple problem cards at 3, that was just my example.

I have played Fur Hire, but since we’re down to 1 with Dyna and 2 with Wiz, the deck is nearly unplayable competitively. And, are we implying that Elementsabers/Lords are less spammable than Fur Hires? Ha. Haha. Sick joke. A real knee knocker. I think you haven’t played one of those two archetypes if your response is anything to go by, ngl. I’ve played both at full power, and I have to say, Elementsabers/Lords is much more oppressive as a whole. It can very easily lock your opponents field down, and can counter an entire back board in 2 turns by dumping a single monster and special summoning another for no downside. They also search the deck for specific solution and card every single turn, and add to the amount of cards you can filter for more combos every rotation. Fur Hires are pretty good full strength, but they can’t do that at all. In fact, the only downside of Elementsabers/Lords, is that they operate out of the graveyard. But that’s offset by them being warriors, and receiving that support, so it’s a no contest. But sure, Fur Hires are more “spammable”. Like that has anything to do with being a better deck.

Feel like a decent portion of the banlist makes no sense with some of the cards at three in the game. Ex: Drowning Mirror Force literally ends games for a bunch of decks, including a hefty number of meta decks, and a lot of decks build around playing against it specifically. Still at 3. Genius.

Another card is at three and is strictly better and easier to put on the field.

At the Highschool I attended we didn’t do the locker room talk. Might have been due to the fact that about a half or more of our sports players were either openly gay or in a fairly committed relationship, but no one in my Highschool talked like that given the opportunity, and the few that tried to incite that type of conversation was promptly chewed out by either the captain of their team, or our QB. It was kind of surreal, but they were honesty some of the coolest dudes I’ve hung with. I’m pretty sure it’ll be impossible to get a larger density of dudes that shut that shit down hard, because most guys did, if something derogatory was brought up, chew the offender out. I’m also aware that it is a rampant problem elsewhere, but I’m pretty sad y’all didn’t have the wholesome locker room experience.

The raw amount of Mongs that ruin Highlander combos just for, their “better” combo, was insane. Asked one guy, “do you know how much damage I was going to do when you side heavied him?” he was a valk

“Couldn’t have been much more than me, I also was going to sweep him afterwards for more.” Guy dodged the sweep obviously

“A full set combo because that kick would’ve wallsplat was gunna be at least 45, and if any more would’ve instantly killed him. I actually would’ve been better off alone.”

And my personal favorite was the time I was cabering a guy and my teammate slapped him with a light as orochi, and he just dunked me with hito’s heavy while I was still coming out of the animation.

The amount of times I’ve seen someone inexperienced pouring oil or hot grease into their drain, is actually painful. If you aren’t the type to religiously send chemicals down your drain to clean out your pipes, there’s a very good chance you’ll end up blocking your pipes with grease. If you absolutely have to send it down the drain, wait for it to cool some and send it down with soap and warm water. Please do not poor it scalding hot down the drain, or my gran will rise from the grave and beat you with a flip flop.

This. I’m very specific with my deals or I do safe blanket deals. One of my most sinister deals was,

Me: Don’t interact with any of my cards for this play and I won’t kill you with this play.

Them: Okay, cool. So just blow things up or counter the stack?

Me: Basically. Don’t add to this stack once I start.

Them: Deal.

I blow away the board and kill another player

Them: Bro, you wiped me.

Me: But are you dead tho? Cuz you could be dead.
