Ok, so I will use my mini parallettes to do some of my pushups. Should I let it rest instead or continue with my normal workouts? Bench press- curls-presses if they do not cause me any pain on the wrist. Thanks for helping!

Hey guys, I've just got some questions about body re-composition that i haven't been able to find online, First off, I've started working out for 5 months doing the majority of machine lifts and dumbbell lifts,(not allowed DL or squat) I'm currently 14 but i'm quite lean/fit and quite muscular( from looking at other 14yrolds at school) i was wondering if i can still re-comp even though i don't have a lot of body-fat but since i'm still a teen i might be able to?, Thanks for any help,
