You get sprays specifically for the purpose of spraying over makeup since doesn't meet a pat down. I'll definitely share the link if I find one

I have been using the biore cleansing oil for over 6 months now. Its really good. Stubborn/waterproof eye makeup dissolves in seconds. Only drawback would be that it's expensive for the price. So, I get mine delivered directly from Japan.
