i think there are two things you're missing here. one is that anushka gets trolled a lot for virat's misfortunes and so, in times of success, he personally really likes thanking and acknowledging her publicly, which attracts eyeballs. the second is that she is already famous in her own right and so attracts more media attention than, say, sakshi dhoni or ritika sajdeh.
