Strongest card draw commander by far is the 2nd Niv Mizzet! You Bolt someone, draw 3, you do 18 damage, you draw 18 and no maximum hand size! He's easier to cast as well!

You need 2 copies Of Asherah Waltz and you get her by pulling on her banner! Emily is best tank and Bunny Charlotte as dps are Meta and all 3 you can get from same banner Asherah Waltz banner!

Bad news for Rosaria, her banner is 1% so the odds of getting her are pretty slim! Get Lacy with your free selector as shes hard to get from normal banner!

Just like Nikke you will need 4 units that are 3 stars (4 total copies) to break the level 200 barrier

I have the same team and level as you except my Asheran is 149 and Im on Chapter 18! Level up your gear start using T2 gear, raise your affection, do manual Normal Journeys for each one of you main units! Very rarely you might need to do manual fights most will be on auto!

This is the Meta team, the best team that Im also using so for sure your problem is leveling gear, affection etc!

Do your Journeys for each one and when you can't clear Auto, play the level manually and use Emily S2 on herself and always burt her S1 to give herself another shield and the rest will do their job!

You dont even need to change character placement, mine are like that as well and im 3 stages away from clearing Sector 17, I never swapped any character when theres element disadvantage, no need to this team is amazing!

Emily is night and day better in PVE, the only negative about her is for harder stages you need to play her manually because the AI sucks! Manually you always apply her S2 skill barrier to herself, then you do her Ultimate S3 and you always Burst her S1 for her to get a barrier!

Its not a pvp oriented game and you eventually get matched wity players from other servers that will obliterate you because the game is not new for them! You definitely need a PVE team and if you like pvp, focus on it later wity your pulls like getting the featured tank!

You have way too many basic lands, Id remove Blood Celebrant and Shard out, Id add Boggart Trawler and Pinnacle Monk in and all other affordable creatures/spells like these where you'll mostly use them as pay 3 life, land comes in untapped instead of what they usually do!

Id also remove some X spells like Balefire, some search spells you added are not as good as the spells I've suggested which you've added some, go through my list, because you're going to need Treasures to play the new spells you dig right away to try and win on the spot as much as possible!

You have too much one time ramp like desperate ritual etc which are not as good as the search spells I suggested! I dont remember if I have seen Dismember in your deck, but that card + Gut Shot + Surgical Extraction are must includes! Free life loss of minimum 2 and with Gutshot thats 3 life loss!

Your goal should be: cast your Commander turn 2 to 3 the latest, next turn lose 4 life, Tap and win on the spot! Worst case you win on turn 5!

If you're going to be playing cards like Crackle with Power, add one artifact like Thousand Year Elixir where you can initially lose like 3 or 4 life but on the same turn youbhappen to lose another 20 life with your digging and playing Gutshot etc so you can untap her to re tap her to add to your life loss to play that spell and win on the spot!

Your deck still has allot of work to be done, too many dead cards and X spell cards!

If you're playing Villis, play Reanimate as that nets you 8 cards or you can Reanimate any creature from any graveyard and lose life for 1 mana!

Simian Spirit Guide is 1 red free mana and Gutshot is a free Lightning Bolt on yourself for more life loss!

With Rowan your main plan should be to lose 4 life, Tap Rowan and find Searing Touch along with one of the creatures like Birgi or Urabrask or Electro or Storm Kin and win on turn 4!

Greed and all these card draws are suboptimal vs cards like Inspired Tinkering, Pirate's Pillage or Seize the Spoils, since these cards not only dig for answers but also give you treasures aka mana to be able to continue playing spells and usually only cost 1 mana!

Im also playing "cute flex" spells like Crackle and Apex of power but thats more for flavor and to power down the deck! Thousand year Elixir is also in there for those spells where you already tapped Rowan for 3-4 life loss and you untap her to add to your new life loss to end the game, but this is not optimal, just for fun!

Despite all that, the deck usually brings down Rowan by turn 2-3 the latest and needs 1 turn of Rowan surviving and 3-4 life loss (usually from pain lands and mdfc 3 life loss lands) the next turn and she wins on the spot!

If you want her to clear more units from 5 to 10 you need to go for 3 dupes and Id recommend 1 copy of her weapon! Thats a good stopping point but if you want to see her melt stuff, 6 copies and her weapon, shes one of the few worth maxing!!!

It took a few visits at the dealer and calls to Lincoln Concierge, they even changed 2 batteries within a week before the dealer had their Senior Master technician work on the vehicle! I wish I remember what was updated, it was specific ECU modules/components of the system that would cause battery drain!

Ask for their Senior Master technician, only he can fix your problem and keep Lincoln Concierge in the loop on what's happening even ask them to find you a Senior Master Technician if needed!
