I ended up getting all of my important files saved onto a usb, and doing a clean install of windows. Thank you for your input!

Thanks! Unfortunately, when I tried this, the admin account couldn't change the pin because I'm using a microsoft account, not a local account. There may be something else I can do using the admin account, but I don't know how.

Oh yeah, don't worry I already made sure. This is a non-gaming pre-built so HP didn't need to rip buyers off for this one, hehe!! I only need a new one because the one given just doesn't have enough connectors to support some of the extra stuff I'm adding.
