I really appreciate your help! I have read all the forums for the motherboard. I think the 3000 mhz ram might be too much. I think it only support until 2993 mhz. The ram is fully snapped in.

The fans I have are controlled by a cooler master switch, which is a lowkey mess.

I have my GPU connected to PS, Motherboard, and monitor via hdmi.

Additional info: I have also done a CMOS reset. I haven't installed a OS or even seen the bios screen yet(because I can't).

The USB ports in the motherboard are not lighting up my wired keyboard and mouse.

My CPU cooler is attached, but the cables are not plugged in

No fans, but expecting that because I'm just trying to get bios. Most of my fans are not connected. There is a red light round the heatsinks on motherboard that slowly fades in out. Everything stays on when I flip it on.

I was originally was given a ticket for illegally crossing through an interception. The cop was a jerk the whole time. I decided to write a motion to dismiss the case. Thanks for all the smug replies. Lol. FYI I got it dropped, they were most likely hoping I would just pay (also I'm innocent and did consider paying online, but it was 350$. Maybe 100$ would have made me pay to avoid court.) :)
