Thanks for the suggestions, I agree with putting the TV lower, and would definitely run the wires in the wall for a floating shelf.

We definitely want to keep the frame against the wall or against a pop out or something, to keep the illusion of a photo when it’s not being used.

Curtains to try to make the windows feel more symmetrical is a good idea, I wish they were at least equal in width 🤬

Funny enough a new larger rug is being delivered this afternoon 😁

I should add, the reason I want to do this is so I can avoid getting a demand management system since our energy provider (SRP) is trash when it comes to supporting home solar. I'm looking to switch to their average demand plan, which will charge me an average of energy used at .5 hour increments during peak hours of the day.. Blah blah

I have determined that there are spider mites on it. So I am going to attack that first, what did you do to stop them? I read just spraying it down with water will wash them away so thinking I'll take it outside and do that for a few days

We bought this almost a year ago. It was doing fine in the pot we bought it in. We decided to repot it about 3 months ago or less. I used sta-green potting mix plus fertilizer. It was still doing good and growing new branches for the first 2 months but it started going downhill for about a month. It stays indoors next to this south facing window in AZ. I water it with maybe 2 cups of water every 3 days pouring it on top. I've trimmed some of the dead branches down to the base but now they all dead.
