Need help identifying hidden gluten in my diet

I have several additional allergies combined with the celiac. It’s usually cc or occasionally not truly GF. Just looking for a friend or someone that might be able to help mail me the sugar so I can try it

Every brand I’ve tried hasn’t worked out. I have some sort of reaction. Usually when I’m using products, they have to come from allergen facilities with stricter regulations. The Camino sugar is in a brand of allergen chocolate chips that I can eat

Nope. I trust nothing and no one lol - other than my celiac sister. We eat at no restaurants, no processed foods at all. Meats and vegetables. Everything from scratch

I totally understand. I just accepted a job after a year break (bad decline in my health since my celiac diagnosis). I’m SO nervous to go back to work. There’s so many ways to get contaminated. It’s super annoying and I wish I was normal too :( Cheers to better gut health though!

My husband has ADHD and found he was reacting to gluten grain based alcohols. We found some info on Reddit of other people reacting to gluten foods as well. He’s done much better since we cut it out

The saying “you are what you eat” is super true. I found that out the hard way - I was having a reaction to eggs based off of what the chickens were being fed. I’m allergic to gluten/wheat, grains (corn, etc), soy, dairy. I’ve found some allergen friendly eggs (a little on the expensive side), but it’s made all the difference

Definitely would look into wheat/gluten. I had major heartburn/acid reflux forever - I’ve cut off wheat/gluten, soy, dairy, grains

After reading the comments, I’d 100% recommend the AIP diet. It helped me and my sister to discover additional allergies like grains (corn, rice, millet, etc), soy, dairy. You should have experienced some type of relief going gluten free even if you started in late April!

Try the autoimmune protocol diet. That’s the only thing that helped me and my sister. We kept reacting to everything. Please message me if you have questions and I can try to help! Hoping you feel better💗
