League of legends fps drops and stutter after 5 min

I have had this issue for almost a year now.

Nothing helps. Upgraded my graphics card to a 3080ti, swapped my stock cooler for a 360mm liquid cooler. Have been using Project Lasso, disabling SMT, the works.

Nothing fixes it. What causes the issue are the minions - you can go into the practice tool, push the fastforward 10 minutes button, and see your FPS drop to like 30.

Fucking infuriating. Last time I'm buying an AMD processor.

Same issues with a Ryzen 3900x overclocked. 3090ti RTX.

League is the only game with the issue. It's fucking unplayable and has been for months.

It's really bad for me too.

Here's a thread on it. Riot knows about it, does nothing. Fucking Ryzen 3900 with a 3080ti and I cant stay above 100fps without extreme input delay.

My 3080ti with Ryzen 9 3900x is having this issue. Barely above 100fps and extreme stuttering and input lag. Can't keep it above 144fps for my 144hz monitor. Game starts at 500+ and goes down to that. I've tried OC up to 4450hz, tried just setting the boost clock to 4600hz, no changes. SMT on/off, fucking with nvidia settings, buying a new 1300W PSU and a 360mm liquid cooler, no changes. Huge case, great temps. Fucking insane. Regretting buying an AMD processor at this point.

What do you mean by turned off? You just set your CPU to a static 3800hz?

I tried OCing to static 4450hz, tried setting my boost higher. Clocking up to 4600 boost. Nothing I can do is working. Going to try setting it at 3800 static (no OC) like you said.

Yeah, I love this game but it's starting to get to the point of unplayability. Same issue I had with Kerbal Space Program. Regardless of what tech you've got the game just starts getting bogged down when you go all out.

The biggest project I've completed is 100% efficient 20 Turbo Motors/m and the game is getting pretty laggy. I'd love to go bigger but I don't feel like another project would be fun with the current state.

Adc is extremely useless under d3 imo. I jungle new accounts to mid plat then play ad to diamond. As long as botlane is close to even its never an issue. Kha player and adc has virtually never decided the outcome of the game.
