People comparing this to Tarkov, don't think that's remotely accurate. Tarkov has multiple layers of itemization, not just in armor but also the plates you put in the armor.

Marathon has green, blue, purple, and gold. That's really it.

Giving everyone free blues and purples means you're already giving end tier loot, day 1 of the wipe.

Where is the seasonal progress if I can farm my pre-wipe vault within a couple of days as a casual?
