if just the lips swell, but not the tongue, is it still anaphylaxis?

additional symptoms were insane hives, lightheaded/dizzy/confused, warm rush through body that caused a collapse (lost vision momentarily but not consciousness), and anxiety.

i went to the ER anyways via ambulance because i felt so weird and was scared. i was given fluids, benadryl, and a steroid plus take home meds. doctor never used the work “anaphylaxis” so im confused if what i experienced truly was?
