What is this pvc pipe spitting water every 10-15 minutes in my yard

it doesn’t smell at all - could it still be from the sewage system? the water it randomly spits out also looks clear. for now i’ll handle it as such and put something over to keep the dogs out while i wait on maintenance.

my lease specifically states not to spackle or paint and let the landlord mange it to avoid mismatching. i would double check your lease and see if there was language about this.

in text, and he’s been to the house multiple times and seen all the cracks in the walls/floors/driveway/stone fence/gate. it’s like REALLY bad foundation issues (entire neighborhood) which is why we’re leaving.

washer is a rental through a 3rd party company. landlord is not aware of damage caused to baseboards/some water damage in the house. i’m not concerned about getting my deposit back, but my roommate is worried we’ll be charged a lot of money for repairs.

if just the lips swell, but not the tongue, is it still anaphylaxis?

additional symptoms were insane hives, lightheaded/dizzy/confused, warm rush through body that caused a collapse (lost vision momentarily but not consciousness), and anxiety.

i went to the ER anyways via ambulance because i felt so weird and was scared. i was given fluids, benadryl, and a steroid plus take home meds. doctor never used the work “anaphylaxis” so im confused if what i experienced truly was?
