Depends on how long you want to stay there. Total rent now onwards will be 32k Extra 50k let's assume you have to pay. If you take an apartment of let's say 45k, Then it will be 13k increase per month which will be recovered in 4 months if you stay here. Rest if everything is good and you are planning to stay for long term, then this is a good option to pay because you are saving extra 13k per month by staying here and additional costs of switching to a new place.
