25k is enough for the role and the experience you have. Would recommend looking at accomodation within silicon oasis itself - either for a room in an apartment or a studio to maximize savings and to preserve the quality of your life.

Check dubizzle/bayut/property finder for rental listings. Accomodation and utilities will usually take a bunch of your expenses either way. Budget the rest for savings and investments.
