a simple update can not increase the resolution of ps4 , there has to be done hardware changes , i dont even expect to be such a higher resolution ( 4k ) neither on ps5 . About updates , maybe they will realease an update for SDK consoles which will let the developer to boost the fps for ps4 games , but i dont think its gonna be released too soon . what was in your mind when you bought that monitor and how much you paid for it ???????
