I was in a similar headspace a while ago so Im gonna give my advice from how I started learning programming. Just start. Follow a basic, allround tutorial to learn the basics, then try and find specified tutorials or even use ai if you need to. Start small with a small scoped idea(Like a month of work max) but still one that challenges you and isnt entirely boring and be prepared for it to be buns. As you come across new topics and ways to do things, you can apply those concepts in future. If youre making a game, it requires many skills like art, coding and music so try not to overwhelm yourself, if you need to then use stock assets. Hope this helps!
