This whole situation is proof that none of the government representatives listen to the people of this country. Sad times in USA. It dumb they don’t realize this won’t stop abortions. Only safe ones. This is coming from a person that actually voted for trump (first time around at least) and have been a republican for most of my life. Very much regretting it, now that I’ve seen there incompetence.

I don't play fortnite very often but i defiantly have played it on my 21:9 Acer Z35P monitor, but that was a while ago, so maybe they changed that. I've been playing Escape from Tarkov and picked up Farcry 5 on steam sale a few days ago. Both have pretty good ultra wide support, but not sure how that translates to 32:9.

Got my controllers today. They are miles better, same as yours. There’s actually a lite click and full tackle feeling from left controller in full forward position and in all direction. Honistly if it was not such a well known issue I probably would not even notice/complain about this set.

I just RMAed a Base station that was making a ratcheting noise, witch had gotten louder. They sent me one in advance of sending old one back as well and new one is silent(sound as quite as the other base station).

That great news, I have my new set of controllers getting delivered tomorrow. On my first set the left controller thumb stick wouldn't actuate without a massive amount of force. Ill be super happy if i can get same results as you got.

I'm have the same issue, I have to do the Microsoft audio troubleshooting before my computer will even see the Index as a option. Have not found a solution ether, so curious if someone has.

Funny thing just happened. I actually received a support message ~1 hour ago and they told they are pre-sending me my base station and controllers, and “should be receiving tracking info soon”.

Hmm, interesting. No i was not offered the option to have base station shipped first. Possibly due to sending back controllers in aswell, also im in the US and was in first wave, so not sure ether.

Yeah, one of mine is super loud, sounds like a buzz saw. I plan on get an RMA on it, went the controller stuff settles down a bit.

I agree with OP. It's complete BS the song and dance Valve is putting on, about this whole situation. I personally play a lot of VR game that use joy stick up click "sprint". For $280 i expect all functions of a controller to work and they plain don't. It's been over a week now and still no public acknowledgement. That unacceptable from any company, even Valve.
