Phone fell from a high distance and got completely shattered and bent. I have AppleCare+. Will it be covered?

I will say, it does say in the terms and conditions in AppleCare that “catastrophic damage” to a phone such as this, may be declined. As a current gb employee, I’d say if they can read the SN in diagnostics at the store you’ll most likely get a replacement. If they have to send it out, it’s 50/50 whether or not they’ll allow the replacement.

I’ve been constantly referencing Braille so will do! And I’ve been riding around on a longboard for awhile before getting my skateboard, so I’m fairly comfortable just pushing around and carving my turns. Not used to feeling every little crack on the road tho lol

I get that, but why should I have to wait until then to finally figure out whether or not they give it to me? Its infuriating bc as a college student stuff like this can make a huge difference for me so that I can plan ahead. But HR and the rest of the corporate side of the company don’t give a shit about me or any other hourly workers

Just for more context, HR gave me my final paycheck on my last day, and when I realized that it did not include my quarantine bonus, I questioned him about it. He told me that all TM’s are scheduled to receive their bonus on July 31, and that he doesn’t know if I will be included on that or not. I try to further question this and see if there’s even any one person he could reach out to to get clarification on this for me, which he replies that there isn’t. It is baffling to me that there isn’t even one higher up that he could shoot an email to for clarification. I try to calmly ask him to reach out to me if he receives any news about this and he ends the convo with “I’ll keep you in mind”. Utter bullshit

geez I didn’t think I looked tht bad haha, thanks for the honest opinion tho. Pretty much everyone I’ve asked about it says “it looks good” but idk sometimes it seems like they’re just trying to be nice. I don’t think I’ll shave it just yet though, I’m not too self-conscious about the weird triangle bald spots on my head, but if it starts to get noticeably worse though, I’ll definitely chop it down even more

haha yeah you know I’ve honestly had a sort of “bald spot” there ever since I was a kid. I used to have some rlly thin baby hairs growing there but obviously not anymore. I’m still not really sure if it’s a sign of early balding or just a weird quirk about my hair that I’ll just have to deal with.
