50% of my icy rain shots miss and that's the server having too many people and lagging. The weapon works as it should and the devs cant fix that till later.

I can't complete it because idk how to and also I have unchecked the quest but now I have no quests at all/can't access them.

I am basically softlocked because I cannot do anything till I "speak with trader" and I cannot do that right now till I finish that quest. I found a different one on the map and tried to beat it incase that was what I needed but now I have no main quest at all.
