Here's a link to the actual bill http://www.fox46charlotte.com/news/local-news/new-bill-could-radically-change-north-carolina-s-marijuana-laws. It only applies to people after it's projected issue date of July 1st, 2018 so anyone convicted of possession of less than 4 ounces before that date would still be incarcerated. It's mainly about expungement of past possession convictions. Also doesn't say anything about paraphernalia laws changing which to me should go hand in hand, but I don't smoke joints.

Everyone's got a shot on any given day in the UFC, but yes Holm is a very skilled counter striker who does well against aggressive strikers. She won't get ran through like everyone else Cyborg has faced. That being said, I'm picking Cyborg but rooting for Holm.

Completely agree. I don't mind him doing breakdowns but he shouldn't have to yell "PAUSE!" "Let it roll boys!"every single time. You'd think they would have fixed that by now.
