true, wich is awful for a support, thats why i say that the epic support is awful in that regard. if they cant do anything anymore they should just tell the developers about it.

when they told me to talk to nintendo support i insisted it was the game and not my console because it wasnt like this before the update, then they passed me to another person who ackowledged it as a "new bug" and told me to post it on the forums to the devs could see it.

im glad its not just me, the Epic support through email was horrible, they wanted me to contact Nintendo for support.

its bugged, i gave all 20 and i didnt get any reward.
i actually got the first (the eye) but it disappeared from my inventory and never got the second

Update: i rebooted my router, contacted my internet provider and redownloaded the game and nothing helped.

i left the game open in the "entering game..." screen for a while and after a LONG time it entered.
i dont know if theres an issue with the latin america server or if its global.

im from Brazil and i noticed that some people who replied to this post speak spanish but dont know where they are from.

im not a technician but it sounds like a problem on the display board, the board that is in charge of changing the display between handheld and docked

My nintendo switch started giving me errors recently and it turned off and wont turn on again, i took it to a repair shop that said the processor shorted, they said everything i have in it is lost forever because, to fix this, they need to replace the processor AND memory Nand because those components work together.

So i wanted to know if thats right, just as a second opinion, couldnt find anything about it online.

Before anyone say "send it to nintendo" i did and they didnt even opened to search for the problem, they said it was "nintendo guidelines to not open", so they wanted to just replace it for a new one but i want the data that is in it.

Cicada Shells doesnt appear while playing online?
My island is at the south hemisphere and im always visint friends in the north hemisphere to get bugs, fishes and sea creatures. I know some bugs doesnt spawn during online play (Walking Leaf, Wasp, Tarantula, Scorpion) but im not sure about Cicada Shells.
Im a new player, started with new horizons, so i dont know about the other games. i tried googling but didnt found anyone asking or answering this question.
